Haedroboles is a hotel and underwater resort, designed by Professor Roland Dietril, to be the first underwater luxury resort in the world and the most expensive on the face of the earth.It was scheduled to be built on the depth (20 meters) below the surface of the Arabian Gulf off Dubai's Jumeirah Beach, at a cost of $ 300 million. Designed the hotel in 2006, construction was postponed to 2008, but the project did not come into effect to this day 2013













Dynamic tower (Dynamic Tower) 2013

Zodiac dynamic and also called Tower da Vinci (Da Vinci Tower) is a skyscraper moving a length of 420 meters and consists of 80 floors moving, designed by architect David Fisher-style tower "Sweet Foulard (Suite Vollard) which was completed in Brazil in 2001.All-storey tower could rotation and repositioning independently leading to constantly change the shape of the tower, and each floor can spin to six meters per minute, or completion of a full course in 90 minutes.Supplier tower generates solar energy plates mounted on the surface and the upper part of each floor, can generate up to 1,200,000 kWh of energy. They can also provide power for another five towers nearby.In 2008, Fisher said he expected the dynamic construction of the tower is completed in 2010. In 2009, he said that the construction will be completed in late 2011. But construction has yet to begin, as there was no official announcement from the construction site. Fisher said he prefers to keep the construction site a surprise, and admitted that the architect is unknown and has never build a skyscraper before and did not practiced architecture for decades.
